1. Use of Services

2. Account & Registration

• Some features may require you to create an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information.

3. Appointments & Payments

• WaveGlow offers appointment scheduling, checkout, and payment tools for nail salons and customers.
• Cancellation or rescheduling policies are set by each nail salon or service provider.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.

4. Messaging & Notifications

• By providing a phone number, you consent to SMS reminders, confirmations, and account-related messages.
• Message and data rates may apply, and frequency varies.
• Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance at any time.
• We do not send marketing texts unless you explicitly opt in.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, designs, logos, and software associated with WaveGlow are owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without written permission.

6. Data Privacy

7. Limitation of Liability
